Regular font

This page shows how I slimmed down my bold font (left) into a regular version (right)

Part Bold Reg
1: Stem thickness 7 3
2: Arm / Bowl thickness 4 3
3: Length of latitude/longitude cross-section of diagonal 8 4
4: Cross-bar thickness 4 3
5: Length of perpendicular cross-section of diagonal 8 4
6: Margin 2 2

This letter could be made symmetrical, but look at how well this version character also works as a rock when rotated 90 deg.

Section Bold Regular
1: Ascender 21 23
2: Bowl height 14 15
H-margin 3 6
Bowl Width 21 15

Bowl width was narrowed so that the bowl's width and height have a ratio of 1:1. Also, the narrower letter more closely matches common fonts, so it is more recognizable as a b this way. This improves readability.

3: Angles were changed for a symmetrical shape. This makes the shape more multipurpose. It can work as a closed eye for faces.

Section Bold Regular
1: Turn edge length 4 4
Cross bar height 13 12
Hook width 14 10
Letter width 20 15

The curve is a unique shape in the alphabet, it doesn't end in a slant. It just doesn't look f-like unless its blocky.

Section Bold Regular
1: Bowl height 10 10
Arm height 17 17
Letter width 20 15
Section Bold Regular
Horizontal cross section of diagonal 7 3 / 4
Point width 1 3
Section Pixels
1: Bottom Point Width 3
2:Top Point Width 2
3: Length of latitude/longitude cross-section of diagonal 4
4: Length of perpendicular cross-section of diagonal 4

UPDATES

2026-04-21 PROPORTIONAL-27

The space between letters was a bit too big at 4px. But I had recently increased it from 2px to 4px, so I decided to try 3px for this update. It still used the image "Dark Potion 27px Proportional 2026-01-02".
